Unlimited! We recommend attending 3–4 sessions per week to see the best results.
I’m out of shape. Can I still do this program?
Absolutely! Every exercise has modifications to match your fitness level. We welcome members of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.
Do you offer lower intensity sessions?
Yes! Our Forever Young Fitness program is a 45-minute, low-intensity class for aging adults or anyone looking to improve balance, coordination, and mobility. Learn more at www.azforeveryoung.com
Does the program include a nutrition plan?
Yes! You’ll learn exactly what and when to eat to reach your goals. Your one-on-one nutrition appointment will be scheduled during your first day.
What should I know before my first session?
• Watch our New Member Orientation Video — the link will be emailed after registration.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to complete your health form and meet your coach.
• Wear clean gym shoes, bring a water bottle, and a workout towel.
When does my 3-Week Program start?
Your program starts on the first day you attend Boot Camp and runs for 21 consecutive days. You have 30 days from purchase to begin.
After your 3-week boot camp, you’ll have the option to continue with one of our membership programs if you choose. There’s no obligation to continue, and no pressure. We’ll sit down with you, review your progress, and help you decide what makes sense for your goals.
Most people choose to continue because they’re seeing results and finally enjoying their workouts!
If, after following our program as designed for the first 30 days, you feel you have not experienced results or that our program will not get you to your goal, we will happily refund your money.
